VINEGAR-

Vinegar has anti-fungal properties, that’s why soaking the feet daily in a vinegar foot bath could help fight off fungal infections. However, In vinegar soak, your toenails may soothe and ease symptoms and are unlikely to cause any harm.

How To Use- 

If you interested in trying vinegar can apply vinegar directly to the affected nails by soaking the toes in a bowl of warm water mixed with vinegar. You should use a 2–1 mix of water to vinegar. By doing this, the infection will start decreasing gradually. Also, If the infection is more, then make a doctor’s advice.

BAKING SODA-

Baking soda is an anti-fungal agent and can even kill some established forms of fungi. Also, Baking soda soaks up moisture that may cause toenail fungus.

You can also apply a paste of baking soda and water directly to the affected nail. This will greatly benefit the nails. Must try it.

TEA TREE OIL-

If you interested in trying tea tree oil can apply directly. Tea Tree Oil has anti-fungal and antiseptic properties and may be an effective treatment for nail fungus. Nail fungus may not solve easily. It can be challenging to treat. If you are using tea tree oil consistently, you will see results over time.

OZONATED OIL-

Ozonated olive oil addresses the problem of toenail fungus. It acts as an antifungal and it can also clean the skin. Ozonated olive oil is an anti-fungal agent and can even kill some established forms of fungi.

Studies show Hydroxytyrosol, an antioxidant found in olive oil, kills the molds and dermatophytes associated with toenail fungus.

Apply it to your toenail twice a day and cover the area with a bandage to keep the ointment off your socks. The effect will be seen soon.

GARLIC-

PubMed Central found that garlic has some antimicrobial and antifungal capabilities, Which can help destroy nail infections.

How To Use- 

You may treat toenail fungus with garlic by placing chopped or crushed garlic cloves on the affected area for 30 minutes daily. You can also use this with vinegar, Mix crushed up garlic or garlic oil with white vinegar and apply on fungi.
